RULES AND GUIDELINES
– Quiet time 10pm nightly
– Please be respectful of the property.
– We reserve the right to remove or refuse anyone from the premises. Riders are responsible for the conduct of their crew members, family & friends.
-No fire on pit grass, must be in a raised fire pit.
-No dumping of oil, fuel, antifreeze or other hazardous liquids on facility grounds.
– Gate closes at 10:00 PM and opens at 6:00 AM
-Quiet hours are 11PM to 6AM
-Pets must be leashed at all times.
-Minors MUST be accompanied by legal guardian or have a signed Minor Waiver Form.
-Riders must have all necessary gear for riding, and follow track rules.
-Riders are responsible for the actions of their entire pit crew, family or friends during our events. Any unnecessary trouble: arguing, verbal threats, physical contact, fighting, etc… caused by these individuals can put the rider at risk for penalties, disqualification and possibility of being banned from future events.
-Indians Hills is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged personal property of any kind during our events.
-Anyone caught destroying or theft of property owned or maintained by Indian Hills and the Du Quoin State Fairgrounds or its land owners will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and will be banned from all future events.
-All trash is to be placed in the trash cans available in various locations around the track.
-No Refunds on Gate Fees period.
PIT VEHICLE RULES:
Pit vehicle use is a privilege!
- You must be at least 16 to ride a pit bike
- Pit vehicle stickers are required for all pit vehicles.
- PVP Speed Limits is 5 MPH.
- Pit vehicle use hours: 7 am – 10:00 pm daily.
- Helmets must be worn for all 2-wheel pit vehicles.
- All passengers must be seated.
- Pit vehicles are PROHIBITED in the following areas:
Motocross Track or anywhere inside the track fence
Trails/Woods
County Road
Fields - Pit vehicles may not be operated in a reckless, careless or dangerous manner, and may not be operated by anyone under the influence of alcohol.
- Pit Vehicle usage is a privilege, not a right, which privilege can be revoked or terminated for any or no reason at the discretion of Indian Hills and Du Quoin State Fairgrounds.
- Unauthorized pit vehicles will be confiscated.
- Violation of any of the above rules is grounds for penalty, including by not limited to confiscation of pit vehicle, disqualification of racer, and/or ejection from facility.
- PVPs are available to racers and campers only. Day Spectators are not eligible for pit permits.
Indian Hills MX events are on State Property. It is a privilege to be able to have this event for motocross families around the country. With that privilege comes rules and guidelines we have to follow in order to keep these events going. We expect all riders and spectators to show respect to our State Fairgrounds for allowing the possibility of this event. We want everyone to have fun and enjoy their time here at Indian Hills MX. We ask for respect and responsibility following these rules and guidelines. Thank you.
